Generated Color Palette
Tips
Generation is on the server
GenerateColorPalette runs on Toolomix. Colors are not produced only in your browser.
Random, not harmony rules
Each run draws random colors. There is no complementary/analogous/triadic harmony engine.
Check contrast yourself
Random palettes are not guaranteed to meet accessibility contrast ratios for text.
Copy before leaving
Copy individual swatches or use Copy All Colors if you want to keep the result.
GenerateColorPalette on the server
POSTs count and type (hex/rgb/hsl) to Toolomix and returns color strings.
2–10 colors in the UI
Pick a palette size in this interface, then regenerate as needed.
Hex, RGB, or HSL output
Choose the format that matches your CSS or design workflow.

Limitations
Known limits
- Random colors only—no harmony engines
- UI count range is 2–10
- No built-in WCAG contrast checking
- Requires a successful GenerateColorPalette response
- Not a brand-system or design-token manager
Troubleshooting
If generation fails, keep the count between 2 and 10, confirm hex/rgb/hsl is selected, and retry.
If you need coordinated hues, regenerate and pick manually—or use a dedicated harmony/accessibility tool.
Frequently Asked Questions
Are colors generated only in the browser?
No. The tool POSTs to GenerateColorPalette on Toolomix and displays the returned colors.
How many colors can I request?
This UI accepts 2 to 10 colors per palette.
Which formats are supported?
Hex (#RRGGBB), RGB (rgb(r, g, b)), and HSL (hsl(h, s%, l%)).
Does it build color harmonies?

Is my palette saved?
No long-term palette storage is provided by this page. Copy colors you want to keep. See the Privacy Policy for how requests are handled.
Why did generation fail?
Confirm the count is between 2 and 10, pick a valid type, and retry the server request.
