Acceptance and eligibility
By using Toolomix, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. You must have legal capacity to accept these terms or use the service with authorization from a responsible person.
Service and processing
Toolomix offers browser-side and server-side utilities. Server converters may process files in memory with self-hosted Stirling-PDF; OCR uses Azure Vision; ATS CV analysis uses Stirling-PDF and OpenAI; accounts use Keycloak.
Availability, output quality, formats, quotas and features can change. The service may be suspended for maintenance, security or operational reasons.
Your responsibilities
Submit only content you are authorized to use and process.
Verify outputs before relying on them and keep your own backups.
Protect account credentials and public VCard links.
Comply with applicable law, privacy, confidentiality, copyright and third-party terms.
Do not upload malware, evade quotas, scrape abusively, disrupt security, generate invalid ad traffic or misuse the service.
Files, accounts and public content
Many tools work without creating an account. Optional accounts use Keycloak when you sign in. Features that store data—such as public VCards—persist that information intentionally; Toolomix does not claim that no personal data is ever stored.
You retain rights you have in submitted content and provide the limited permission needed to process it and return the requested result. Third-party providers receive content only as described by the applicable feature and privacy policy.
VCard information is stored persistently and exposed through a public link. You are responsible for having permission to publish every field and for sharing or deactivating that link safely.

Tools and outputs are provided for general utility and informational purposes. They are not legal, financial, medical, employment or other professional advice.
An ATS score, OCR result, converted document, SEO report or generated text does not guarantee accuracy, compatibility, regulatory compliance, job outcomes, search ranking or acceptance by another system.
Disclaimers and liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided as available and without warranties of uninterrupted operation, accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement.
Toolomix is not responsible for losses caused by reliance on outputs, unavailable service, corrupted formatting, third-party services, public links or unauthorized content. Rights that cannot lawfully be excluded remain unaffected.
Enforcement, changes and contact
Access may be limited or suspended to protect the service, enforce quotas, respond to legal requirements or address a breach. These terms may be updated by publishing a revised version.
Questions may be sent to support@toolomix.com. These terms do not invent a governing-law clause, legal entity name, or postal address that has not been confirmed in publisher settings. Advertising, if enabled, is described in the Privacy and Cookie policies—this page does not assert AdSense policy compliance as a legal certification.
