Meta Tag Analyzer
Analyze a live URL or pasted HTML via POST /seo-tools/AnalyzeMetaTags on Toolomix—returns meta tags, issues, recommendations, and an SEO score. URL mode fetches the page from Toolomix servers.
Practical tips
URL mode fetches remotely
When you analyze by URL, Toolomix servers request the page HTML. The check is not done only in your browser.
Paste HTML for drafts
Use Analyze HTML Content when the page is not public yet—your HTML is still sent to Toolomix for analysis.
Fix critical issues first
Address missing title, description, or viewport before minor social-tag recommendations.
Score is diagnostic
The SEO score summarizes this tool’s checks. It is not Google’s ranking score.
AnalyzeMetaTags on the server
Posts to /seo-tools/AnalyzeMetaTags and returns structured analysis results.
URL or pasted HTML
Fetch a live page from Toolomix servers, or send HTML you paste.
Issues, recommendations, score
See found meta tags, detected issues, recommendations, and a 0–100 diagnostic SEO score.
What this tool does
Meta Tag Analyzer inspects page meta tags—either by fetching a URL on Toolomix servers or by analyzing HTML you paste.
It returns found tags, issues, recommendations, and a diagnostic SEO score via POST /seo-tools/AnalyzeMetaTags.
How to use

Select Analyze by URL or Analyze HTML Content.
Provide URL or HTML
Enter a page URL, or paste the HTML source to check.

Supported inputs and output
Input: a publicly fetchable URL, or pasted HTML text, plus optional analysis flags.
Output: meta tags found, issues, recommendations, and a diagnostic SEO score (0–100). Not a live ranking report from any search engine.
Processing and privacy
Analysis runs on Toolomix via AnalyzeMetaTags. URL mode means Toolomix servers fetch the remote page; HTML mode sends your pasted source to Toolomix.
This is not a browser-only checker. See the Privacy Policy for how requests and logs are handled.
Limitations
Known limits
- Not browser-only—requires a successful AnalyzeMetaTags response
- URL mode depends on Toolomix being able to fetch the remote page
- SEO score is diagnostic, not an official ranking metric
- Sites that block bots or require auth may fail URL fetch
- Structured data validation is optional and best-effort on detected JSON-LD
Troubleshooting
If URL analysis fails, confirm the page is publicly reachable without login, then retry—or paste the HTML instead.
If results look incomplete, enable Check for SEO Issues and Validate Structured Data, then re-run after fixing critical missing tags.
Frequently asked questions
Is analysis browser-only?
No. The form POSTs to /seo-tools/AnalyzeMetaTags on Toolomix. In URL mode, Toolomix servers fetch the remote page.
What does URL mode do?
Toolomix requests the URL from its servers, reads the HTML, then runs meta-tag and SEO checks on that content.
Can I analyze unpublished HTML?
Yes. Choose Analyze HTML Content and paste the source. That HTML is still uploaded to Toolomix for analysis.
Does the SEO score match Google rankings?
No. It is a diagnostic score from this tool’s checks, not an official search-engine ranking metric.
What options can I enable?
Include Detailed Analysis, Check for SEO Issues, and Validate Structured Data (for example JSON-LD when present).
What results do I get?
Lists of meta tags found, issues, recommendations, and an overall SEO score from 0 to 100.
Why did URL analysis fail?
The remote site may block Toolomix’s fetch, return an error, or be unreachable. Try pasting HTML instead, or retry with a publicly reachable URL.
